Another fly that I noticed at work. No, I don't work at an insect zoo :-) Wild animals and insects is what I'll have here if I spend all my waking hours in office. [Edited using PicasaPosted by Hello

Gud one.. I feel the fly isn't in focus.. I cant c any detials.. Is it bocz of lighting?

This was the best I could do with my camera :-) I was almost hitting the fly with my lens, and it kept moving around... damn difficult to get a proper shot... wish I had some chloroform..

the trick here is not to go close to the fly but pump up the resoloution and get the subject in focus and get the details then crop it. when we think of macro we always think of going as close as possible but thats not the case.. here i think the lighting is low thats why the details are missing... other thing is the blur you have added to this pic.. would have looked better if the blur was not added that way you could have composed/cropped the pic a different way and removed more of the focus on the fly and the pic could have been a better one.. flys are the toughest ones to capture! congrats on even getting so close.. keep trying.. good work. trying fly macros is a great stress buster.. makes you forget about work totally while in the process :)
